Site Consolidation: Korus Group, Partner in Suez's Transformation

Context

The Universaone project by Suez stemmed from the desire to consolidate five subsidiaries into a single location, aiming to optimize real estate resources and enhance collaboration among teams.

The goal was to create a modern and functional work environment while reducing costs.

The key challenges included ensuring a seamless transition for the teams, designing spaces tailored to specific needs, and adhering to regulatory standards. The success of the project relied on effective coordination and meticulous resource management.

Our work

As general contractor, our team played a crucial role in bringing this project to life.

We conducted co-design workshops with the teams from the five subsidiaries to understand their needs, expectations, and specific constraints.

Building on these discussions, we developed a tailored design that met each entity’s requirements while fostering cohesion and operational efficiency.

Careful management of the multi-phase construction process was central to our approach, allowing operations to continue on the occupied site while ensuring the project progressed within the allocated timeline.

Additionally, we adapted the building’s ventilation system to comply with current standards and ensure the comfort of the 450 employees moving into the new site.

Our expertise and commitment were key to the success of this ambitious project.
