Modernising a workspace
Context
An extensive collaboration among three parties fueled this renovation project, with the primary goal of modernising 940m² of office space. The objective was to tailor it to evolving business requirements and enhance the well-being of over 60 employees.
Our work
Commissioned as a general contractor, our teams worked on:
- Conducting workspace design studies in compliance with the specifications and design plans.
- Executing works on occupied sites, necessitating the deployment of phased engineering.
- Performing fit-out work: a comprehensive renovation of workspaces dating back to 2000, which had never undergone renovations before (modifications and adaptations to the existing HVAC system, installation of a badge-based security system, creation of closed offices, optimization of acoustic comfort).
