Renovation of a Sardinian resort
Context
Bluserena Resorts & Hotels has chosen Korus Group as the main contractor for the renovation of their 4-star Calaserena Resort located in Cagliari, Sardinia. After successfully completing the first phase of renovation, we have once again earned their trust for this new stage.
The main objective of this renovation project? Diversifying the offerings to improve customer experience.
Our work
This second phase focused on renovating the two main buildings, each with three floors, and 15 individual cottages.
As part of improving the guest experience, the 324 rooms have been refurbished to provide a wider range of services: classic rooms, suites, rooms adapted to accessibility standards… The modernisation of the rooms mainly involved optimising the electrical system to ensure guest comfort and safety.
At the same time, the common areas have also been extensively renovated: a wellness area with an outdoor spa including jacuzzis and a massage area, a restaurant, an outdoor fitness area, shopping spaces, and children’s clubs.
The exterior spaces have not been neglected either, with all the grounds being renovated (paths, wooden terraces…), thus enhancing the overall aesthetics of the resort.
