Design of new offices with client support

Context

Suravenir, a subsidiary of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, entrusted Korus Group with the role of project management assistance for the reorganization of its headquarters. The main goal was to redesign the workspace to better suit new collaborative and hybrid working methods. This optimization project also aimed to accommodate the company’s growing number of employees. Korus Group led the transformation of this three-story building, focusing on improving internal communication and enhancing employee comfort.

Our work

The project was driven by three key priorities:

  • Optimizing space to accommodate various teams coming together
    Improving communication between departments
  • Enhancing workplace comfort with a strong focus on acoustics, lighting, and ergonomics

A key aspect of the project was the involvement of all 440 employees in the design process. Highlights include:

  • Co-design workshops to identify the specific needs of each department and understand how teams interact, creating tailored spaces that work for everyone
  • Change management support to ensure a smooth transition into the new workspaces, maximizing employee engagement and adoption
